English Art Deco Hand-Made Silver & Rhinestone Wide Wrap Bracelet

An absolutely stunning antique English sterling silver bracelet, dating to the 1920s - 1930s, and in superb original condition. In solid sterling silver, the bracelet features three rows of fabulously lively rhinestones, all claw-set in sterling silver, closed-back, retractable links. Two rows of round-cut rhinestones, edging a central row of baguette-cut stones. In superb, clean condition, all stones present and original, and all clean and bright, the bracelet measures 7" in length, and 11/16" wide. The invisible, tongue and box clasp is set with more round-cut rhinestones. The bracelet is signed on the clasp "Prov Pat Sterling Silver". There is also a hand-written maker's mark " D/GR/-". Very rare to find one such as this in solid sterling, the bracelet is of top quality, all hand-made, and would have been a high-end or designer piece when new. Possibly custom-made. It wears beautifully, and looks fabulous on the wrist. The retractable links give the piece a silky-smooth, snake-like feel, and it is very, very comfortable. Simply stunning.
