Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Orders for stock certificates typically ship for $2.50; orders for bond certificates for $3.00. Shipping charge to a European country generally is $5.00 per order. Shipping charge does not increase if you order more than one item. All packages are shipped with a heavy cardboard backing, carefully sealed, and plainly marked “Do Not Bend.” It is best to wait for email from me before sending payment or paying using PayPal

Insurance is optional. Ruby Lane strongly encourages insurance on all items. However, this may not always make sense on scripophily shipments (which are not exactly breakable). My experience in mailing thousands of packages is that less than one out of 400 packages does not arrive in good condition. Still, Insurance is recommended on orders over $100.

Restocking Fee:
