1868 City of Philadelphia Water Loan. This is one of those early Pennsylvania certificates that is quite stunning. Certificate has 6 vignettes. One shows a seaman, one an industrial worker, three are allegorical, and one shows William Penn and colonists meeting with a group of Indians. VF condition with folds and multiple hole cancels.
