Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for shipping and mandatory full insurance coverage. On items $30 or less, insurance coverage may be listed as optional, in which case the buyer assumes any risk of loss or damage in transit if insurance is declined. Quoted shipping cost includes tracking on all USPS shipped items. We normally ship via USPS priority mail, unless size or weight makes priority mailing cost prohibitive, in which case this will be specified in the site listing. We normally ship within 2 business days of receiving payment. (Allow 10 business days for clearance if payment is by personal check). We pride ourselves on our careful packaging, so you can rest assured your treasured purchases will arrive safely. We do not charge any handling fees, so your shipping costs will always be at or below our actual shipping costs.

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a restocking fee on returned merchandise. Buyer may return any purchase in the condition received, for any reason, but is responsible for insured postage charges both ways, Note, in the event of merchandise received damaged in transit, claims must be made through the U.S. Postal service, with full assistance offered by us in that rare eventuality.

Other Information:
Shipments within Pennsylvania are subject to a 6% sales tax unless a valid resale number is provided.
