It is made of 10K white gold in a delicate filigree pattern, very typical of that era. Can't you just see it on some ruffled collar?
It has a small round diamond in the center. The clasp has a safety lock.
It measures 2 1/4" in length and is 1/8" wide. It weighs 2.1 grams. The lock is clearly marked 10 k. It is in fine condition.
