14k Yellow Gold Sapphire and Diamond Ring

This sweet vintage ring is stamped 14k. The center has a lovely oval blue sapphire which is surrounded by 14 tiny but sparkling diamonds. Total ring weight is 1.5 grams.

The ring is a size 6, but can easily be resized. I think it makes a great pinky ring.

The central oval measures 3/8" by 1/4". It is in fine condition.
