Beer Stein German 19th Century With Glass and Enamel Lid
Shipping/Handling: To Be Determined

This fabulous antique glass beer stein dates from the end of the 19th century. It has a lovely pattern on the glass of rows of circles separated by rows of small dots. But the best part about it is the glass lid. Done in a beautiful shade of blue glass it has a single white enameled flower in the center of the lid. The flowers center has some yellow and brown enameling. The blue glass is encased in a pewter surround with a thumb-lift in a pretty swirl pattern.
The stein measures 6 3/4" high with the base being 3" in diameter.
Condition is good for this 19th century item. There are no cracks, with only some minor scratching on the lid and some paint wear. The fastening of the pewter lid where it meets the handle is a bit loose. It probably can be tightened, but I will not attempt it.
