A lovely vintage piece from the mid 20th century this brass pin mirrors the unusual designs of the Victorian era. It measures 2 1/4" in width and is 2" long to the end of the tassels. The central plaque is three layers deep and has black enameling. Seven lovely tassels hang down from the center. A stunning piece to pin on a jacket or dress.

Condition is excellent with tassels all intact and a good working clasp with safety catch.
