Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We ship Via Canada Post . Options are: To USA Small Packet Surface , Airmail Insured up to $ 100.00 USA or Tracking & Insured Expedited also used if over weight for small packets. To Canada : Regular Parcel or Xpresspost and if you require Priority Courier with 2 days shipping please do inquire for shipping fee . We ship insured with signature . To International Locations: Airmail Packet Airmail or Surface for over weight items Xpresspost International (9 business days) Please note: International & Within Canada fees May be slightly higher and therefore, please email me with your location and Zip Code / Postal Code for shipping costs. We ship via Airmail with approx 7-14 working days delivery time or Surface with 2-6 weeks delivery time! All Canadian orders are shipped insured with signature and tracking number and shipping from my area to any Canadian Province will be slightly higher than USA shipping. Note: We pride ourselves on our careful packaging and therefore, If the parcel appears large it is due to bubble wrap and popcorn. Canada Post Charges Cubed Measurement Size by (Length , Width and Dimension) and Weight. and therefore, some shipping charges may seem high, please keep in in mind that we pack out treasures very well so they arrive at your home in good vintage condition. Please Note: We cannot accept The Green U.S. postal Money orders stating negotiable only in U.S. & possessions as they will not clear in Canada. We can accept the Pink International U.S. Postal Money Orders. Please remember your parcels are being shipped from Canada and therefore, they may take a little longer for delivery. We also require your telephone number to be applied to the Customs Form as U.S. Customs is now asking for this information. Please pick the option best suited to your needs and email us upon purchase with your choice! Some items are shipped with price included and will be shipped via surface small parcel. International Locations : We reserve the right to adjust shipping from Air to surface if weight is an issue and multiple boxes required for combined shipping. Note: If an item has been described correctly and you wish to return due to buyer remorse or any issue not outlined in our description such as true color etc....we shall gladly refund your cost upon safe arrival of the item to our shop. Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a Re-Stocking Fee. We simply ask that you return the item in the same condition and in the same wrapping and packaging as received . We also ask when you return the item to use the same phrasing and amount as per the Custom form we sent out. You are responsible for return postage. We do not refund your return shipping costs and non-recoverable fees paid through Paypal.
