A pair of petite bronze sugar tongs purchased at the 1934 Chicago Worlds Fair as a souvenir. The tongs have a reverse design whereby you squeeze to open them up.

You'll find "Chicago, 1934, Century of Progress" engraved into the handle end. On the interior of the tongs state "Dirigold" and "patent pend.".

These measure 3.75" long and our in wonderful vintage condition.
