Layout: Inside Cover Signature "Francie Seotee From Your Teacher Franc le ??, 1882". Book has a total of 15 black and white pencil illustrations, 58 pages of story content, 2 blank pages at end of book.

Condition: Good - Front cover color illustration and the binding gold lettering are faded with age but are still readable. I believe this is cloth over board cover. Binding corners have wear. There is some staining on pages as shown in pictures. No rips, tears, nor missing pages.
