Offering for your consideration we have a superb portrait plate depicting a monk tuning a violin. There is a flow blue scalloped rim that has gold stenciling. This piece shows very minimal wear for such an old plate.

Hallmark: Mark on this is the Rosenthal R&C Crown mark with "Monbijou" (mold name) attributed to Rosenthal Selb Factory, c. 1896.

Dimensions: 8 7/8" diameter

Condition: No Damage; outstanding.
