This light is very whimsical with a young girl sitting atop a swan chariot. The mold is very detailed with the swan's wings feathering up to the opening at the top and large flowers decorating it's tail. The front side shows tiny flowers applied along the wheel, parts of the swan and the young girls dress. The painting on this is phenomenal! Look at the close up pictures of the girl and swans face. This item was purchased at a recent estate sale. The shade is original to the lamp and looks to be milk glass with shadings of brown. Notice the flowers and scrolls on this. Base is bronze gilt and has a green marble section. Item has been plugged in and works perfectly. Plug and cord are in wonderful condition. Dimensions: 17.75" high Condition: Beautiful vintage condition. There is spots of brown missing on the rim of the lamp shade. Lamp could use a gentle cleaning.

We could not find a manufacturer mark on this cute item. This lamp features a porcelain font that has different colonial portrait scenes. We have a rocking chair scene, a spinning wheel, and an antique coffee grinder. In between each scene is a dark pink rose transfer. It can be used but does not look like it was ever burned. Offering for your consideration is a cobalt blue glass finger oil lamp purchased at a recent estate sale. There are raised decorations in the molded glass. Both chimney and font are blue glass and font has molded loop for easy carrying. This comes with a deflector that clips around middle of font.
