A Victorian style ornate clasp and hinge decorate this unusual brass with copper handbag. There is a pin closure (not included) loop on the front of the bag. The chain extends 18" in length so this would make a great bag for an evening out. The Interior has blue fabric lining both bottom and top. The purse measures 4" long x 5" wide and is in wonderful vintage condition with just some age related patina. Could use a nice polishing but we see no dents, dings, etc.

This piece is a head scratcher. We cannot figure out what it is made out but it is certainly unique. The pin head looks like a green dinosaur hide with a thin onion skin type material wrapped around it and the entire area has a luminescent glow. Really something special; we just don't know what. Regardless, it is a wonderful piece and in fine condition with no damage. Entire pin measures 7.25" long.

Offering for your consideration we have a black sequin hat pin. Since black sequin hats were the rage in the 1930's we feel this is probably made around that time. The pin head is an egg shape that has hand sewn black sequins wrapping around it. There are some bald areas as shown in the pictures but the overall effect is really stunning. Pin measures 7.125" long.
