We guarantee the authenticity of all our antique and vintage items! Although we sell some of the finest antique paintings and prints you'll ever come across, please just keep in mind that most antique items (paintings & prints) are old and may have customary handling wear or small flaws that are unique and charming characteristics of any individual item. It's wise to examine the photographs of each listing carefully, and to ask to see more photographs if you need them. Our ultimate goal is to make your purchase memorable and satisfying, so that we become your seller of choice! My husband jokingly calls me the "Master Packer", as I always pack with extreme care, ultimately ensuring your package arrives safely. Above all, I want you to be happy with your purchase so that you'll visit again...and again! Layaways are encouraged and always welcome! Please ask about terms.

Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We do combine items to lessen shipping costs whenever possible. Oversize items may require larger boxes and/or packaging materials. We recommend Priority Mail, as it lessens handling time. Insurance is ALWAYS recommended, as we cannot be responsible for items once they leave our hands. Personal checks are held 10 days to clear.

Restocking Fee:
Please ask all questions before your make your purchase, as we charge a 15% restocking fee on all items returned, and do not refund postage fees. Layaway payments are non-refundable 30 days after an item is purchased.
