Painting This impressive painting showcase glorious cabbage roses and rosebuds in both scarlet red and buttercream yellows, a perfect combination, shown as a loose grouping on a tablecloth. It is an oil on canvas, in fine condition with no rips, tears, or repairs. The paint has some crazing but is stable with no paint loss. The burnished gold gesso frame is original, in impeccable condition for its age with minimal wear. This painting was very well taken care of and has vivid, rich color hues. The painting measures 14 x 22 inches, and is hammered into the wooden stretchers with round nail heads. The overall size with the frame is 18.25 x 26.5 inches. Absolutely magnificent!
