Gosh, I don't come across these old magazines anymore, and found I had one is my stash to offer you! It a wonderful very early Ladies Home Journal from 1893. Inside is chock full of ads and articles on millinery, hats, fashion, needlework, and a great story by H. H. Battles called "The Story of the Roses". For any rosarian, this would be a terrific gift. The front cover engraving also has lovely roses, and although unsigned, it could be the work of the Victorian watercolorist, Paul de Longpre. It is in very nice condition, with even the cover suitable for framing, and measures a large 11.25 x 16.5 inches. A great piece of early Americana for sure. We'll ship this boxed to get it to you safely.
