We ask our customers to provide us with a minimum amount of information necessary to ensure quality service. We use your email to confirm your orders, provide you with a receipt and to notify you when an ordered item has been shipped.

All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of cleared payment.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Jewelry will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes. All merchandise will be sent to a street address only.

Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep within 7-10 business days after receipt of your order, unless an expedited shipping is requested by you.

Credit card orders will be processed immediately. Personal checks will require 7-10 business days to be cleared by the bank, before merchandise can be shipped.

Within the USA, shipping is $5.00 and insurance is included, unless stated otherwise.

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a California address.

All orders are subject to verification.

Restocking Fee:
All returns and exchanges require authorization. Please call our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization number.

You may exchange or return merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 30 days of the merchandise receipt. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We do not refund shipping charges for returned items unless we made an error.

Refunds for items returned will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred. We will pay return shipping only if the original shipment was incorrect (wrong color or style).

The item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.

Please return the item via the carrier of your choice using a prepaid, insured and traceable method.

A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your returned merchandise. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
