Here is a beautiful old embroidered brooch depicting a country scene. It measures 2 ½” x 1 ¾”. The picture is set in a brushed metal frame with a lovely decorative roped edge under what feels like plastic. The clasp works great. Condition is very good with a bit a wear, mostly on the back.

The intricate miniature embroidery is just wonderful showing a house with red roof, green lawn, yellow and red flowers and tall shade tree. Behind the house is a blue and white sky. A golden dirt road leads up to the house.

Lovers of miniature art, needlework or unusual pins and brooches will welcome this one. When not wearing it, don’t hide it in your jewelry box; display it on a little easel to be able to enjoy it all the time. Unique vintage jewelry like this piece is always “very collectible”.
