I have had this hatpin in my collection for decades and am offering it to you today. I will have a few more to list soon. It is an exceptional and unusual antique hatpin with a swivel or moving head. I have never in all my years seen another like it. I have tried to take a picture of all the hallmarks on the back but it’s pretty tough to do. It is silver and tarnished and has tarnished more so since taking the pictures a good while back, but I’m sure a good cleaning will make it shine right up. I’ll leave that up to you to do.

The shank is 8” long. The round head has a lovely design throughout and measures 1 ½”. The stone is absolutely gorgeous and it measures almost ½” across. It is an extra large deep yellow Citrine with many facets, very bright and brilliant in color; unlike my hazy pictures which in no way does the piece justice. Lovers of ladies nostalgic accessories from the Victorian and Edwardian era will positively adore this piece. This one is a must have for serious hatpin collectors. Antique ones such as this extremely rare one is assuredly “very collectible”.
