Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping and insurance as quoted when order is confirmed by us. I ship by USPS and normally use Priority Mail for US shipments unless you would prefer another USPS service. International shipments are quoted based on your preferred service choice. Any automated shipment quote shown at the time an item is ordered is a good estimate if you are purchasing just that single item. I will be glad to ship multiple items together to reduce costs for you.

Our shipments are packed to give the buyer absolutely no worries about carrier theft or pilferage. I ship orders within 2 days of payment clearing. PayPal purchases will be shipped to verified/confirmed credit card billing addresses ONLY; please ensure that you give the correct shipping address on your Ruby Lane purchase order.

Please feel free to inquire as to the Shipping and Insurance costs for any item; your Zip Code for domestic destinations or your Country and Postal Code for international destinations.

5% sales tax added for MA buyers unless exempt and completed signed form is included with payment.

I package all items carefully. Should any item be damaged in shipment, please contact me immediately for instructions on how to initiate an insurance claim. I will be happy to assist in this. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made as the shipping agent will request to examine it. Please see the store Return Policy for details; we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for returned items.

We are happy to accept PayPal payments. If you select that form of payment we will send you an invoice promptly from our PayPal email account (this is a different email name than the one use for store correspondence.)
