This very fine set of 12 matching sterling silver rectangular dishes was manufactured by S. Kirk & Sons silversmiths. 2 5/8 " x 2 1/8 ' in size.

Total weight 13 Troy ounces. Marked S. Kirk & Sons sterling 15.

These were likely made to be used as ashtrays around a card-table. They are in excellent condition and appear little used. Suitable as butter pats, nut dishes, mints or other small serving dishes at a table. We are also offering some matchboxes in a similar design by S. Kirk & Sons, so please take a look in our Ruby Lane shop, if interested.
