1903 American Brilliant Cut Glass Carafe or Decanter in pattern 451 by cutting house Ohio Cut Glass Co.

No chips that I can find, very clean. No hazing. The lip & neck are sound. Measures just shy of 8" tall and 6 1/2" wide. The fluted neck is evenly notched, and has three parallel rings cut around its narrowest point. The base is cut in a simple 24 point star.
