This is a very deep dark Amethyst visible when held to the light.
This is a perfect 6" vase and a wonderful example of Pattern Black Amethyst Greek Key by L.E. Smith.
Other Greek Key patterns by Wright were made in the 1930's. I do not have the exact date on this piece but I suspect it is from a similar time frame.
