Our Service Pledge To You:
We guarantee the authenticity of all items offered for sale.
We inspect items thoroughly and describe all faults, damage or repairs found. We consider glaze crazing as damage and will always tell you if crazing is present.

We don't put irrelevant waffle in our item descriptions. You get accurate detail on the item to help you make your decision. If we give a year of production you can be assurred that the item was made in that year. If we use the term 'circa' or 'C' in respect of a date then that is our estimate of the age of the item based on our knowledge and experience.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays actual shipping and insurance costs unless otherwise stated. We do not charge for packing or packing materials.

We do pack well. For boxed items, we wrap in bubble wrap and then pack in compressable packing material inside a cardboard carton. Delicate parts on items (e.g. cup handles) have additional protection.

We do not double box except in extreme cases. For the majority of items, double boxing affords little extra protection but adds markedly to your costs.

We do not use sub-standard packing materials such as newspaper, shredded paper etc.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Where our prices are shown as reduced prices, the original price is the recommended retail price for new items. For second hand items, the original price is the current price for the item in our bricks and mortar outlet.

Australian buyers can pay by direct deposit.
GST is included for Australian buyers.
