This golden heart hugs crisscrossing, clear rhinestone baguettes, which form a sort of basket weave pattern within the depth of this 3-dimensional brooch.

This unique heart-shaped brooch hails from the costume jewelry suite of Trifari's 1951 "Heart Throb" collection. The brilliant basket weave pattern of clear baguette rhinestones are set over a 3-D curved frame, surrounded by a deep, thick-set wall of a gold tone rhodium plated heart.

This pin from the suite measures at 1 1/4" inches high by 1 3/8" inches wide, at its widest point. The suite also included a larger brooch measuring 2", a larger heart pendant on a snake chain, an open loop clamper bracelet centered by the basket weave heart , and the heart earrings. Let this be the first or a part of the suite that you collect!
