On outright purchases, your satisfaction is guaranteed with our 3-day unconditional return policy. On layaway purchases, we offer a 3-day return in the form of a shop credit. We will package your items with the utmost care, and ship them promptly through the U.S. Postal Service. We hope you see something you like, and thank you for shopping with us.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We package our items with the utmost care and ship USPS.
Buyers are responsible for shipping and insurance costs. Insurance is required on all items over $25.00. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping, but will gladly provide the appropriate postal claim forms and insurance receipts to file a postal claim.

Domestic Customers: We accept Paypal, money orders, or cashier's checks.

International Customers: We accept Paypal, or postal money orders payable in U.S. funds, The full amount paid for the item will be declared on the customs form, and the item will be listed as "merchandise" on the form.

Please contact us within (3) days of making a purchase. Please note that payment is due within (14) days of purchase. State of Maine residents must pay state sales tax.

LAYAWAY POLICY: Layaway is available on all items costing $150 or more. If you cannot purchase an item outright, please contact us and we'll try to make a purchase possible for you with our reasonable layaway terms. Once terms are agreed upon, payments should be on time and for the correct amount. If you cannot make your scheduled payment on time, you need to contact us. There will be no refunds or credits on UNcompleted layaways. On completed layaways, the return policy stated above will apply, except that a 'shop credit' will be issued instead of a refund. The shop credit will be good for one year.
