Westmoreland Glass Co. produced the paneled grape milk glass pattern (#1881) from 1940 to 1984. This chocolate box is a wonderful example of the design and quality of their work. It is 6 1/2 inches across and 4 1/2 inches in height. The mark of the embossed WG is on the inside of the lid but is not well defined making it difficult to get a good picture. This mark was used during the period of 1949 through 1984. There is one small chip on the inside lip of the bowl. Other than that small chip the bowl is in excellent condition.
