Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping and insurance unless other wise stated. Most items will be shipped USPS First Class, Parcel Post, or Priority Mail. I always ship the most economical method and combine shipping costs on multiple purchases when possible.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Personal checks will be held 7 days for clearing on first time purchases over $100. Payment for executed purchase orders must be received within 7 days or item will be promptly returned to stock.

LAYAWAY POLICY: Layaway is available on purchases, priced over $100. 30% percent of the total purchase price is due within 10 days of issuing a purchase order. 30% is due within 30 days of purchase order issue. The final 40% is due within 60 days of the initial purchase order issue date. Once a layaway plan is agreed upon, payments should be on time and for the exact amount. There will be no refunds or credits on uncompleted layaways. When a layaway purchase is agreed upon, we will place the item in our back room where only the purchaser can view it by book marking the item on your computer.
