Round locket is double sided with Sacred Heart medal on hinge between two outside covers, one side shows Image of Jesus in Sacred Heart pose, the other shows Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Copper ring on one side is engraved with the words, 'Pat. Aug 19, 1913 JRF: the back inside of the locket has clear celluloid round with the Sacred Heart reverse painted. Locket is 18k gold plated with monogrammed cover, looks like C S. Locket opens from the left side rather than the right. Outside edge is trimmed with fancy scroll work, Excellent condition.
