1920's Egyptian Revival stick pin is enameled on14k yellow gold setting with tiny, prong set diamond. Scarab with Horus wings is done in brightly colored green and red with gold accent. Wings are red and white with light blue. Setting measures 9/16" by 9/16" with a total length of 2 5/16". Back of pin shows a 14 on one side and a symbol on the other. Excellent condition.

14K gold horse profile is set over paddock and surrounded by 14 genuine diamonds in the shape of a horseshoe. Purchased at an estate sale in Louisville, Ky, it was most likely present at one of the famous Kentucky Derby races and may have been the bringer of a lucky win to the wearer! Reddish, carved hard stone cameo of what appears to be a Roman Centurion or possibly Greek figure is bezel set into a 14k gold stick pin. Backside of pin has an impression which says: 'Hallmark'. I can find no information on that. Tests at 14k, measures 2.5" in length and head is 7/16" square, including setting. Excellent condition.
