This lovely baroque porcelain covered dish dates from between 1895 and 1917. The maker was Carlsbad of Austria; it was brought into the U.S. by Lewis Strauss & Sons, Importer. The subtle floral decoration and delicate gold work are hand- painted. This pretty piece is in wonderful condition. It measures 11" long, 7 1/4" wide, and 5" tall.
