This beautiful silk Spanish shawl is hand embroidered all in white silk. The shawl measures 54" square; its fringe adds another 20" all around. The fringe is hand-knotted and picked-in along the edge. This piece is in perfect condition. It dates from between 1900 and 1920. The piece is light-weight enough to wear, or it may be used as a piano shawl.
