From the "Americana Series", Wendy-kin Betsy Ross is crispy-new and has never been displayed, played-with or undressed. Tagged “Betsy Ross”, she retains her 'flag' banner originally pink-wired to her wrist. Fluttery blue sleep eyes, molded upper lashes, hand painted brows and lower lashes, rosy cheeks and dainty bow mouth enhance her bisque-like finish. Her perfect tosca wig is in the original curly ponytail. Betsy Ross's china-blue calico dress is printed in solid & open stars with a long skirt, eyelet-hemmed half-sleeves and separate fichu with navy braid trim & bow. Betsy's mobcap is eyelet, with braid to match her wrap. Batiste pantalets and matching petticoat are both hemmed with cotton crocheted lace, black suede-cloth slip-on shoes and fine cotton knit sox complete the outfit. The box is excellent with cardboard doll retainer, and perfect label reads: “BETSY ROSS 731” (small paper rub where price sticker removed). Betsy Ross is stately and fine. From a non smoking home.
