Perfectly beautiful, this bend-knee Americana Series Alexander-kin is in all-original mint condition, with her "©1966" wrist booklet and gown tagged "U.S.A." Wendy's faultless porcelain-look face has hand-painted brows and lower lashes, fluttery blue sleep eyes, very rosy cheeks and a sweet pouty mouth. Her shiny blonde hair is in the original smooth & tight curly flip with bangs, under that very special gold-tone metal crown, with clear rhinestones and perfect gold elastic chinstrap. The knees work perfectly, with no split seams, no damage or repairs. Elegant white nylon chiffon has a fitted bodice and long skirt to the ankles with matching petticoat. Cherry-red and sky-blue chiffon flow over her shoulders and to the hem in back, while a gold-rimmed 'diamond' keeps the chiffon centered in front. Lace-trimmed taffeta panties and gold pressed-oilcloth sandals complete this gorgeous costume. She’s never been played with or undressed and her clothes have not been washed. We use USPS for international shipments. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size of item, type of packaging required and location being shipped to. We ship via UPS, unless another carrier is specified. The International shipment quotes listed with the auction are an estimate. It could be more or less depending on the specifics of the shipment.
