Here's a pretty little item with a big purpose. In near mint condition, the lobster/nut cracker is marked "Sterling" inside and out. Very Georg Jensen looking and would mix well with any Georg Jensen set. The handles are somewhat paddle-shaped with a bead-and-rope design around the ends. Hinged at the center with gripping teeth on either side, the "Stainless" jaws are each 2" long and open to a 3" spread. When closed the cracker measures 6" long, .75" wide and 1" deep – quite compact and portable. How pleasant to have a useful tool, and exquisite, too!
