Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Please email us your zipcode so we can check on which method of shipping is cheaper for you since the Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance either through U.S. Mail or UPS. We can package several small or similar items together for the best mailing/shipping costs.
PLEASE notify us as soon as possible if you decide not to purchase the item. There are other customers out there who may want that item and can't buy it because we are holding it and still waiting for your payment. If you have any questions, ask BEFORE you buy.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please email first for shipping information and costs. In some cases, the cost of shipping is a lot more than the cost of item you are purchasing.
Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
Other Information:
Money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks are always preferred but we also accept paypal - HOWEVER NOTE: Paypal is not accepted on Swarovski annual editions, diamond jewelry, vintage Barbies or consigned items.
We can arrange for layaway on more expensive items. Please email first for details.
NOTE a change in the SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL RETIREMENT POLICY - now when a piece is announced for retirement, production of that piece will cease IMMEDIATELY - the only pieces still available may be those already in stock at that time.
IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED WITHIN TEN DAYS, we will email you a reminder. If we still don't hear from you or receive payment, your order will be cancelled and the item(s) will be relisted for sale.
