This vintage book piece was pictued in a 1978 Sarah Coventry catalog and also featured in the book "Fine Fashion Jewelry from Sarah Coventry" by Jennifer A. Lindbeck.

It was described as goldentone bar and round link 33" necklace with variegated green and goldentone filigree openwork "barrels". It also has a hangtag on the closure that says "Sarah Cov. In excellent condition.
