And what a wise owl he is - measuring 2" long and 1" wide - he is perched on a branch. All his feathers are open loops so whatever you wear will show through. His two eyes are green rhinestones. It is signed NAPIER on the back and has a safety clasp. In excellent condition and very shiny.
