What soulful eyes this pair of baby seals has! It is Plate Numer H9728, First Issue in the "Beauty of Polar Wildlife" series by artist Mike Jackson by The Collector's Treasury, limited to 150 firing days.

This is an 8 1/2" Royal Grafton fine bone china plate, made in England and in excellent condition, but has no box or certificate. I have two available.

This plate is listed in the Collector's Mart Magazine's Price Guide to Limited Edition Collectibles.
