I tried to research this company and found the following information on another website and so I would like to give thanks to Shirley Wiesmann who compiled this data on company history and designers from a wide variety of sources.

Cadoro had its beginnings in New York back in 1945 - it was founded by actor Steve Brody and Dan Steneskieu. The company ceased operations in the 1970's and their jewelry is hard to find.

The piece that I have listed looks like a fat pear and is made of brushed silver metal set with clear rhinestones. One leaf is an oval shaped stone which in some light looks as if there is a shadow in the center but I think it is a reflection of the opening behind the stone. It measures approximately 3/8" tall and is a very beautiful piece.
