This vintage little book was printed as the "First Aid to the Menu Planner" and included general directions for cooking meat and recipies for sauces and stuffings. The author was the principal of Miss Farmer's School of Cookery in Boston MA which offered a one year course starting in October with Intensive Classes starting every month except August.
Miss Bradley was also the author of "For Luncheon and Supper Guests", The Candy Cook Book", and others. It was published in 1935. An interesting look back at the way our grandmothers and mothers used to prepare dinner.
