The long and fascinating story of the one remaining major eighteenth and nineteenth century English porcelain factory is told with the help of a mass of original factory records and filled with 450 black and white and 25 color photographs and illustrations.

It includes over 60 years of porcelain production and decoration that included Caughley wares decorated by Chamberlain and also includes the massive alphabetical list of ornamental forms and the pattern book listing from 1 to 5019. The pattern book section includes illustrations from the pattern books and other photos.

The hard-covered book is 8 1/2" x 11", has a full color dustjacket and contains 375 pages. This edition was published in 1992 by Magna Books.

The book is in excellent condition with tight binding and no ripped, marked or torn pages. The dustjack has very minor shelf wear with a tear to the top of the center edge.
