Each handbook features many black and white photos and printed on glossy stock. The "Handbook on Vines", Vol. 10 No. 1, Second Printing 1963 has 82 pages and talks about vines for every purpose, how and where to use them. The "Handbook on Weed Control", Vol. 22 No. 3, has 82 pages, and features a picture dictionary of common weeds, how to control weeds in lawns, etc. The "Gardening with Native Plants" Handbook, Second Printing Revised1964, has 96 pages and also a few color photographs, features trees and shrubs of the Northeast, Southeast, Rockety Mountains, California, etc. The booklets have some slight yellowing on some the page edges due to their age but all are in near perfect condition and looks like they were never read.
