Submitted for your consideration is a lovely antique bronze plaque from the Art Nouveau period. This attractive handled plaque depicts a shepherdess as she tends to her flock. The beautiful young woman is shown on one side of the piece while she reaches out with her staff toward two members of her flock on the far side of the work. She is wearing a traditional period scarf around her head and her features are striking.

The plaque measures 10” by 6” and it is in excellent condition with only some minor wear related to its age. It has developed a rich patina as shown in the photographs and we are offering this wonderful decorative accessory for $425.00.
