Submitted for your consideration is a beautiful Royal Doulton classic figurine entitled “Genevieve”. Leslie Harradine, one of Doulton’s most highly regarded artists, designed this work in 1941 and it was produced until it was retired in1975. Its model number is HN1962. Discontinued works by Doulton continue to attract collector interest, especially those done by Ms. Harradine.

Please note how this piece represents the quintessential elements of this talented artist’s work. The young woman is customarily beautiful. A white fur muff with black highlights and a floral decoration accent her long red gown. A bright blue bonnet with a bold black ribbon completes her ensemble. She is the very picture of elegance!
