Submitted for your consideration is a set of four-whiskey tumblers made at the turn of the past century by Louis Comfort Tiffany. In the world of art glass, the name Tiffany reigns supreme largely due to the artistry of the company’s founder, Louis Comfort Tiffany. Tiffany glass is the ultimate status symbol of any collection, and his exquisite works command premium prices both at auctions and in a retail environment.

This is a set of magnificent favrile glasses by this master craftsman. Each tumbler has the initial LCT etched onto its base. The glasses measure 3” in height and they have a 2” diameter. The iridescent glass is embossed with a series of circles that highlight the elegance of each work. The condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or hairlines. The only slight flaw is that on two of the glasses the circles are interrupted. This is very difficult to discern and in no way does it detract from the beauty of the set. It appears that this condition may well have been original to the glasses.
