Pair of Victorian Porcelain China Portrait Lamps

Submitted for your consideration is a wonderful pair of Victorian porcelain urn form portrait lamps. These lamps make a striking appearance. Exquisite handles and portraits of two beautiful young women mark the urns form. The base of the urn is painted a bright almost luminous orange with these stylish porcelain creations fixed to an elegant brass base. The back of each urn has a lovely floral motif as demonstrated by the photographs. A metal arrow that rests just below a metal ring finial highlights the top of each lamp.

The lamps are quite large, measuring 32 inches in height and they are in very good condition with only some minor age related wear to the paint and a small chip near the base of one of the lamps (see photo 7). We can offer the pair for only $775.00, a price that one would expect to pay for only one lamp of this quality.
