Submitted for your consideration is a wonderful example of a Roseville pottery “Freesia” bowl. The Roseville Pottery Company can trace its origin to 1892. The company soon developed a reputation for hiring some of the industry’s most talented artists who in turn produced a series of lines that attracted great attention. Noted for its experimental designs, Roseville remains one of the most sought after producers of art pottery in American History even now, more than 50 years after it ceased to be an independent producer.

The Freesia line was introduced in 1945 and it features blossoms in fanning clusters of white, lavender and yellow wrapped around the body of different vessels. Please note the simple beauty of this lovely piece. The bowl measure 6” in diameter and it is a rich brown color with the traditional embossed white and yellow blossoms decorating its sides. The bowl is in very good condition with two small chips that are shown in the photographs. We can offer this wonderful example of Roseville art pottery for a most reasonable price of $175.00.
