Submitted for your consideration is a charming small Art Deco single bulb, metal accent lamp with a stylish young lady figural. Please note the intricate design of this lovely young woman who sits atop the base of this small treasure. She is dressed in black, a color frequently associated with the hue of choice among the artistic communities in the 1930s. Her fashionable chapeau rests at a jaunty angle upon her head. She has one hand on her hip and the other perched on the base of the lamp. Her legs are crossed and her form leans in a slight seductive pose. Against this dark backdrop of color, her gorgeous facial features leap out at us from her blue eyeshadow, to her red painted lips, to her rich facial flesh tones. ‘ There is symmetry in the lamp’s appearance as it measures 5” by 5” by 5”. The condition is very good. The base some wear that could be easily cleaned if the purchaser so desired. The figure is in excellent condition. This would make a wonderful accent on a desk or on a shelf and we can offer it for $525.00.
